I have been wanting to make this dessert the last two Sundays, but just didn't get around to it. So this evening Brooke and her kids came over so I talked Kelsey and Cody into helping me make them. We all decided they are delicious, especially with a little vanilla ice cream on top! They are a lot like chocolate lava cakes and are really easy to make!
They are called "chocohotopots" and you can find the recipe on the food network website.

Yum! I am going to have to check that one out. Our new favorite is "fried ice cream without the fried" where you roll ice cream scoops in cinnamon toast crunch cereal and top it with caramel. Super tasty and EASY!!
